The best moments happen unplanned. But today, “spontaneous” often means “complicated”: full calendars, busy friends, endless options, and in the end you're sitting at home again.
Spontanoo is the answer. Not an event platform for big productions, but the digital companion for the after-work drink, the last-minute run, the unplanned concert. Others show what's happening next week. We show what's happening now.

The team
Seven people, all with equity, all remote. We're building Spontanoo because we missed it ourselves.
Alex
I handle product, brand and design. My standard: an app that feels as light as the spontaneous impulse behind it.
Jan
Backend and realtime are my playing field. I make sure the app runs even when everyone opens the map at the same time on Friday night.
Marcel
Growth and partnerships are my thing. I find the levers that take Spontanoo from Chemnitz across DACH, and then beyond.
Linda
Community and motion. I listen to what users really need and translate it into a UI that not only works but feels fun.
Sebastian
Finance and operations. I keep the structures clean so the rest of the team can focus on the actual build.
Felix
Social-first content. I tell the Spontanoo story on TikTok and Instagram. So people stop for two seconds and then end up joining.

Infrastructure and deployments. I keep the cloud running, so you can see an event exactly when you spontaneously open the map.
